How are your products shipped?
Products are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) 2nd
Day Air and United States Postal Service (USPS) 7-10 day
service. When ordering online, you may choose either 2nd day
air or 7-10 day service. Orders are processed Monday-Friday
and are usually shipped the next business day. For
International 2nd day air orders, there occasionally is a
delay due to some country customs regulations.
What about international orders?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Your credit card
company will automatically convert the amount of your order
based on current exchange rates. If you want to know current
exchange rates against US Dollars, visit the Universal
Currency Converter. We can ship your package just about
anywhere in the world. If you order on-line, confirmation of
your shipment will be sent by e-mail. PLEASE NOTE: We are
not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country
may have for importing these prodcuts. We are also not
responsible for any delays or lost items due to customs, and
if customs returns your order to us we will charge you for
the reshipment of your order. However, if a problem with
customs occurs, we will do our best to help get your order
released.
