Store are encrypted via our secure server, making it virtually
impossible for your personal information and credit card
number to be stolen during your purchase. Furthermore, at no
point is your personal information or credit card number
stored unencrypted on our e-commerce server.
Is my information kept private?
The Sketchgirls Store never sells or shares any customer
information with any other company. Your e-mail address is
required to send order confirmation information, or to alert
you if there were any problems with an order. Phone numbers
are required for the purpose of completing Express Mail
shipping forms and customs forms for international shipments.
Can I order over the phone?
The Sketchgirls Stores does not sell products directly over
the phone. We may do so in the future however.
